Refund Policy

We appreciate you choosing Team Merch Sportswear for all your apparel and merchandise needs.

TMS has a very strict approval procedures in place to ensure all design, colour choices and logo layout are approved by the client prior to entering production.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on pre-order items, as these items are made to order and therefore cannot be resold once they are produced.

All pre-order sales are final. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases before placing an order.

If you change your mind or you have selected incorrect sizes then TMS will not refund your order.

TMS will not replace or refund your order for items damaged by incorrect use such as wearing them for activities not designed for the garment and not complying with washing instructions.

If the product arrives in a faulty state then please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will advise you how we can rectify the matter for you.
